Chor bazaar or Meena bazaar is a very affordable market which is located near Old Delhi and it has all sought of items like books,clothes,gym equipment,mobile phones,cameras,headphones and many more.The market is really noisy,crowded and full of people everywhere, at times the crowd would push you to the next heap. This one in particular as its name stand, it’s a bazaar with stolen goods but not all of it are stolen,you could also find products like-factory outlets,first copy or even second hand items.One thing you should get in your mind is ”bargaining”which will really help you at a great cost.All products here are of very cheap rate but you should have a quite knowledge of that product you are buying.Basically these are the stalls of various dealers having contacts with many thief gangs (many dealers have their own gangs) who steals valuable things from people (mainly foreigners) and sell them to the dealers. Yes they have original products but most of them are used.

If you are looking for a branded camera at a very cheap rate then this place is best for you,all branded cameras are available here like Canon or Nikon at just Rs.3000-5000.With camera and its equipment from all the major companies being available in Chor bazaar or Meena bazaar, it has become a hub for all budding photographers to buy all their supplies from..This means you have to rush here around 5 or 6 in the morning– that’s when the most amazing of the cameras can be purchased. Getting late can make you lose on the good pieces. Don’t expect for a guarantee or warranty though. You are in a thieves’ market, not a flashy store in a mall the product may run or not.

This pet market is located near to Red Fort(Lal Qila) or is a walking distance from chandni chowk metro station.This market has huge varieties of birds and pet dogs at a very cheap rate like a pair of parrot for Rs.300.This market you can find parrots, guinea pigs and baby rabbits,I cant tell you how much were they cute.But it is really saddening to see them under the cage.

Take the metro (Violet Line) to reach the market as it is the cheapest and the most convenient method. Board the heritage line and get down at Jama Masjid Metro station, and then take up an exit at gate no. 2 to reach the market, then located at a walking distance. Cabs and taxis are not such a good option given the crowd in these places. Autos can be taken up too.
